Concert

The Motown & Soul Legends concert series in Romford, London, was a unique event featuring Cheryl, The Soul Supremes, Mr. Soul, Sheila Ferguson, Ray Lewis, Alexander O'Neill, Frida Payne and Marta Rivis.
Soundtroter was responsible for the comprehensive sound system, sound mixing and stage design, creating a warm, analog sound in the style of classic soul.
This is a concert series that combines the true musical history of Motown with modern stage production - straight from the heart of Romford, London.

How much does it cost to rent a DJ and sound equipment for an event or wedding?

The cost of renting a DJ and sound equipment depends on the size of the event, location, duration and scope of technical support.
The average price for a full musical setting with professional sound, lighting and transport ranges from PLN 500 to PLN 10,000.
The quote is always prepared individually - we match the equipment set, lighting and musical style to the nature of the event.

What is the process of booking a date, signing a contract and paying a deposit?

Booking a DJ or sound system service takes just a few simple steps:
1. After receiving your inquiry, we prepare an individual offer and provisionally book a date.
2. After accepting the offer, we send the contract in electronic form.
3. The reservation is confirmed after payment of an advance payment of 30% of the service value.
4. The remaining amount is usually due 5 business days before the event.

In the event of an event being cancelled, it is possible to transfer the deposit to another date if it is agreed in advance.

Do you offer transport, assembly, disassembly and technical support for sound and lighting equipment?

Yes, we provide comprehensive technical support: transport, assembly, equipment configuration, and sound and light testing before the event.
After the event, we take care of dismantling and collecting all the equipment.
Our sound and lighting systems are scalable - from small rooms to large halls and open-air venues.
We service events throughout Poland, and in the case of international events, we also offer equipment transport within the European Union.

What happens if equipment breaks down or a DJ becomes ill - do you provide backup equipment and a replacement?

We always work with a “zero risk” principle.
For each event, we have backup equipment ready, which allows us to immediately replace any damaged component - whether it's a mixer, amplifier or DJ laptop.
In the event of unforeseen events, such as DJ illness, we provide a full replacement while maintaining the established musical style and quality of service.
Soundtroter guarantees safety, continuity of the event and full responsibility for its course.
